The Cult StrivoFold Adjustable Workout Bench is designed to bring versatile strength training to your home gym. Its adjustable seat and backrest allow you to change your workout position according to different exercises and training preferences.
The bench features multiple adjustment angles, with the seat offering positions at 8°, 0°, 8° and 16°, while the backrest can be adjusted to 5°, 0°, 10°, 18°, 25°, 32° and 40°. This flexibility makes it suitable for exercises targeting the chest, shoulders, arms, core and other muscle groups.
For added workout variety, the StrivoFold comes with 3 resistance bands—
Blue (10 kg), Black (20 kg) and Red (30 kg). The bench supports a maximum load capacity of 350 kg and has a foldable design for convenient storage.
